Parameters of the ferrite material are not known, in fact the only part I can identify is the nice heatshrink! Type SFR Tube 125C rated VW1 1.15mm thick wall. SFR series of heatshrink products are produced by Raychem, USA.
Round body with end 'overhangs' so that once the cable is threaded through the device, a simple cable tie can be used on each side to secure the device in place on the cable sheath.
This device does NOT open up, meaning that the cable needs to be threaded through the ring.
