In areas of poor television reception, due to low signal levels, it can be helpful to fit a television masthead amplifier on the outside antenna mast to increase the signal levels being sent to the receiver inside the house.
Masthead amplifiers require power (low voltage) that is fed to the amplifier on the mast, the power is sent via the signal coaxial cable.
The sole purpose of this module is to supply the power to the masthead amplifier - IT IS NOT AN AMPLIFIER, PURELY A POWER SOURCE

The PS5 ONLY supplies the power required by the masthead amplifier, it does nothing to increase the signal strength - that is the task of the masthead amplifier.
Before considering one of these power supplies, make sure your masthead amplifier needs 24V AC as its power source (pretty standard though)
