Oh yes we are talking vintage turntable spare parts here!
Prior to rubber belt drives, most turntables used a rubber idler wheel to couple the rotation of the motor to the turntable platter.
Very difficult to find now, although only of use if you have a very old turntable for restoration!

Wheel contact material is rubber
Metal inner disc
Rubber is 2mm thick x 41mm OD
Inner hole for the mounting shaft is 4.5mm ID this hole appears to have a brass bush inserted.
CONDITION:
The rubber is the most important part!
It is stable, flexible but not soft and spongy - it "feels" good
Carefully examined for "flat spots" and none have been observed
The remaining metal areas are clean and free from any damage.
NO other hardware is supplied e.g circlips etc
Now sealed in plastic to protect the rubber from the environment and maintain constant temperature/humidity
