Fully functioning Technics SA-104 Stereo Receiver has been "parted out" due to extensive casing damage.
Where possible, part being offered is either known to be functioning prior to removal or tested after removal
Technics Stereo Receiver - SPARE PART ONLY
Model: SA-104
Front Panel Lamp Assembly
Lamp Part number: STANLEY 158
One lamp has a clear envelope and the other a light green/blue
Complete with the original rubber boot (grey) and support hardware for mounting. The wire-wrap leads (these can be soldered) have not been shortened.
Rubber boot and mounting system are in excellent condition.
The light emitted from these lamps is shone through a clear prism mounted at the rear of the front panel, across the tuning scale area giving a nice "greenish" glow (unless the lamp has failed of course!)
According to the SA-104 parts list, these lamps are 12V @220mA and powered via their own winding on the AC power transformer, 10V AC output.
Functioning prior to removal and continuity testing after removal shows:
Lamp 1 (clear envelope) White - White 9 Ohms cold resistance
Lamp 2 (green/blue envelope) Black - Black OPEN CIRCUIT
So lamp 2 is no longer functioning and this may pose a replacement problem because the base is NOT bayonet or screw type but appears to be direct wired.
Perhaps someone has a functioning STANLEY 158 green/blue incandescent bulb or just apply a bit of ingenuity and use a substitute for this failed lamp.
