HISTORY:

Ex a lovely analog late 1970's T2 LUXMAN AM/FM Tuner which has become an "organ donor" due to a damaged casing.

Not so sure about the usefulness of these items of ALPS switch hardware but if ever they were needed, this little pack could be a "life saver"

The functions of these ALPS switches on the LUXMAN T-2 are:

MUTING OFF

MONO

AM

FM

I am NOT offering the ALPS push button switches, only the following components of the switches:

4x larger springs which fit at the front of the switch

1x Interlock bar with 1x hair spring

This interlock is used with the AM & FM push button switches

Getting inside these ALPS switches is not difficult, "flip up" the front Blue plastic section and the switch dismantles entirely, you can even take out the small Silver or Gold (one switch uses Gold contacts) wipers, clean them up and reinsert into the switch.

Sometimes though, those front springs go missing or become very corroded and require replacement. Changing the interlock bar and spring is less likely but at least you would have it on-hand if ever the need arose.

Again, I just would like to make it very clear - I am NOT offering the ALPS switches, just these little pieces of hardware.
