Removed from another of my studio off-air monitoring tuners, the NAD 4155 (yes I had two of these nice tuners, one was a "backup" unit)
Main board has failed and the equipment was not considered economical to repair, now it has been "parted out"

Easy to replace, solders directly onto the main board, make sure the polarity is correct though!
This small PCB assembly is now sealed in plastic to preserve it's condition.
