Very compact design.
The talkback features are the really nice feature of this little box and the flexibility in monitoring, especially if your studio has separate control room and another room for the talent.
But nothing is perfect, especially when aimed at the budget market
What's not so good about these is the effect on the monitored sound, the box does tend to suck a bit of life out of the audio you are monitoring however, the talk back facility is excellent!
This unit would be well described as in the semi-pro class, it's a budget designed unit which does its job well but, professional users MAY find this equipment lacking.
Before deciding to get one of these units, you should have a search around online as there are plenty of forums discussing the pro's and con's of this equipment.
Featuring universal mute, 20dB dimmer, mono sum and source/output control and a nice elegant talk back system - all in this tiny little box.

TRS sockets are used for the balanced audio

2 of the speaker outputs are unbalanced and 1 is balanced, for active near field monitors for example

Nice rubber feet that easily allow for equipment to be loaded on top or underneath.

Clean and with no damage to either the casing or any of the controls, sockets etc
TESTING:
As we put this unit into storage quite some time ago, I have powered it up and put some basic audio through the inputs and out to some monitors.
Talk back was also tested.
