PEERLESS Ring Dome Tweeters (2) 1" 80W RMS 8 Ohm

I had a beautiful sounding Grundig Space Fidelity PA3 system (see the photograph of this 1990's contemporary system - space age looking and fantastic sound!) Unique side-lobing mid & tweeters in the "wings"

However, sadly the CD loader failed so I have decided to "part out" the useful components of the system

In this advertisement I am offering the two Peerless tweeters, carefully removed from the wings.

Effective cone diameter is 1" or 2.6cm

Cone material: aluminium

8 Ohm nominal impedance

Resonant frequency 1500Hz

Sensitivity at resonance 91dB

Typically crossed at 4Khz with expected frequency response up to 20Khz

Slight peaking in sensitivity around 7 - 8Khz

Complete with dome protective grill and rubber ring

NOT supplied with the surround, you will need to adapt or fit to a suitable surround

NOTE - These tweeter assemblies are VERY delicate, treat them with extreme care when handling, particularly the dome protective cover and the voice coil assembly which can be removed from the magnet.

One of the photographs shows this tweeter fitted into a suitable surround, for educational purposes only - no surround is supplied.

These Peerless ring dome tweeters are very similar to the Peerless RDC 2000's physically.

Both fully functioning, very nice high's not peaky or thin.
