HISTORY:
Sustainability is the name of the game! Anything that can be reused or repurposed creates Ee savings and reduces the poisoning our environment when items are buried in the earth at the local tip needlessly.
Never heard of Ee? It is a concept that creates a measurement of ALL things (not just electronics) that humans have made and the energy used in obtaining the raw material, processing the materials right through to a finished product and even should include the shipping of the item to the distributors/retailers.

What is all this Ee mumbo jumbo? Let's put it into real terms, take this case (shell) for example. It is made from formed/pressed steel (tested and it is ferrous) and the weight of the case is 1.6Kg
Looking up "guides" for the Ee value of steel, this case required approximately 30MJ to produce - that is 8.3kWh! Enough to power your aveage home air-conditioner for a couple of hours .... and what do the "clever" humans do? Bury it! Stupido ....
So who may want just the U shaped metal case for the PIONEER Z-93?
I know a lot of like minded people and general "scavengers" find old discarded Z-93's but they have seen better days. Thrown around, had things dropped on them etc
This case could save the day! It is easy to remove the old case and fit this replacement - just 11x screws (Philips type head) and no special tooling. Once fitted you have a very nice looking Z-93 once again (assuming your front panel is in A1 condition!)

COSMETIC CONDITION:
Very nice condition!
CLEAN
NO dents
NO serious marks or scratches to the casing ANYWHERE (Top & Left side) but I do notice that the Right-hand side has a couple of light scratches in the Black finish (towards the rear of the case) but these have not gone deep enough to show metal underneath.
The remaining case is in amazing condition after 30 years of use
NO rust or other types of discolouration (spills)
Very nice matt, jet Black overall finish
SPECIAL SHIPPING NOTES:
Yes I am prepared to ship this case, although it is bulky! Shipping companies (Post or Couriers) use the cubic weight for calculations of costs, not just the physical weight and this MAY mean that shipping could be expensive, use the Australia Post link in the Checkout area to see what it may cost to ship by Post.
Keep in mind that my policy on shipping costs means that if an order is of a certain dollar amount total, the shipping COULD be just $9 or even FREE anywhere in Australia ... always a smart move to add a few things to get more things out of my storage and at the same time, save on the high shipping costs.
