OLD stock but very good condition
I am cleaning up ALL the various leads, patch cables etc that we had on hand hanging in the audio workshop area. Each lead is advertised separately and I have attempted to provide as much information as possible about each lead.
ALL have been professionally assembled, using high quality components, no point in testing pro audio gear with dodgy leads!
Here is one of those leads ...
NEUTRIK - Audio Lead
1/4" TS jack plug to 1/4" TS jack plug
The usual stamped NEUTRIK logo imprints are found on each of the 1/4" jack plugs
The single core cable (6mm OD) does have identification printed on it (faded though)
USA-1 HIGH DEFINITION INSTRUMENT CABLE
I have carefully examined the cable sheath and can find no markings at all throughout the entire length, although it does have regular "blobs" of yellow the entire length - this was used as a means to identify the lead when used in the workshops.
1/4" jack plugs
NO mylar sleeves fitted at either end.
Normal cable strain reliefs are fitted at the exit point of each plug and both are in good condition.
Some measurements ...
Total measured resistance 0.94 Ohm (core, end to end)
Measured capacitance (shield to core, the entire length) 513pF
This works out at 39pF per foot, nothing too startling (perhaps a little higher than I would normally expect from a professional lead)
Now that my forensic examination has been completed, this lead has been placed in a sealed clear plastic packet and will be supplied this way.
