Another custom made cable from the workshop cable racks, this one was made by the staff for testing of some vintage microphones a long time ago.

This is no ordinary audio cable, commonly used prior to the digital days by the broadcast industry as this cable is built with a stable 110 ohm impedance and can be used for analog balanced audio signals as well as digital audio signals in the AES-EBU format
Not only that, it feels good! So smooth in the hand, the cable caresses you! (Like a Klotz)

Ok, so TS at one end and 4 pin the other, how is it currently wired?
Body of both connectors are connected together, signal ground
GX16
Pin 1 - audio 'hot' connected to the tip of the jack plug
Pin 2 - no connection to the outside world
Pins 3 & 4 - connected to signal ground and through to the jack plug sleeve & body

Both connectors are undamaged and shiny metal contact areas
Cable has no sheath damage nor kinks etc
I have now carefully packed and sealed this custom audio cable into a sealed, clear plastic
packet to preserve the condition.
