These are not your "Aluminium clad" or worse still, "spray on metal" plastic knobs!
Old school, machined solid Aluminium knobs, the only part that isn't Aluminium is the white side pointer paint!
I have identical Aluminium knobs but with a Silver (natural Aluminium) brushed finish HERE
Perfect for that "old school" electronic equipment, particularly those that use this type of knob fitting as so often users "pull" the old knobs off and lose them!

SOLID Aluminium - machined
Brushed Black finish - high gloss, not matt
Fluted (Spline) fitting for a standard 1/4" shaft - no grub screws
Smooth top and sides, no fluting
SIDE White pointer line in-filled groove down the side of the knob (not visible from the top)
DIMENSIONS:
Diameter: 19.1mm (top) ~ 19.6mm (bottom) - very slight slanting of the sides
Height: 12.5mm
Fluted (Spline) to fit a standard 1/4" pot or switch shaft
No idea about the country of manufacture but I "suspect" it was Japan as a long time ago we built audio equipment based around ALPS pots with fluted shafts and these were the knobs fitted to that equipment.

NO scratches
NO discolouration
Until today, this pack of knobs had not been disturbed for years. To protect each knob finish I have now individually sealed each knob in clear plastic
I am clearing out our production and servicing stores which means that once these have all been sold, there will be NO further ongoing supply
