You won't find these very often, SWITCHCRAFT tends to produce these to special order. Inside is a 1/4" jack socket (Type 12B) 3 wire inside a completely enclosed shield assembly, the jack being inside.
One end of the shield has a cover which is snapped by the user into place, completely sealing the shield (make sure everything is right before snapping the shield shut!)
These are specifically designed for Hi Z circuits.
Panel mounting is through a 9.5mm diameter hole in chassis/panel which can be up to 4mm thick using a hex nut and flat washer ( both are supplied)

The shield is quite large, this means that you can fit a nice small audio transformer inside the "can"
