HISTORY:
Removed from a PD6010 Pioneer CD player which was placed on the 'operating table" due to other major issues rendering it useless as a candidate for restoration.
Polarity markings to the rear and that is about it! No manufacturer is indicated although I suspect Hosiden or Mabuchi
It is very likely that this motor is used/will suit use in other Pioneer players besides the PD6010 but it is up to the purchaser to establish beforehand that this is indeed the motor they need for their equipment ...

The Black plastic CD platform is also supplied - friction fitted to the shaft
Motor top body has 2x top mounting threaded holes for mounting bolts, these bolts are also supplied

TESTING:
Fully functional prior to dismantling the Pioneer CD player, this is used as the CD media spindle motor. Just to double check, I tested the motor after removal - DC resistance is measured at 15.8 Ohm (in either polarity direction which indicates there is no electronics inside the case, just a stock standard DC motor) and rotation tests (12V) are fine.
