For a basic entry level turntable, CDC went to some trouble designing the turntable suspension system.
This set of 4 base feet/springs were removed from a CDC ST 510 which has been "parted out" but it is likely that these feet can be fitted to other turntable base units.

C.D.C ST 510 Turntable Base feet/suspension system
Made in Japan
Parts supplied:
4x rubber suspension units with internal spring
4x mounting screws
4x bottom section plastic feet with end padding
See the photographs to get an idea of how these go together but in brief, the base foot sits inside the rubber boot. This boot has a strong spring inside. Each base foot is "two part" - the boot and the foot, this gives considerable mechanical isolation between the surface the turntable is placed upon and the turntable itself.
The last photograph shows some guideline dimensions. The securing screw goes in from the bottom of the foot. The boot, where it fits into the base of the turntable has a 11mm OD "lip" - this is where the boot meets the turntable base and the screw comes up the centre of the boot and then into the metal base.
CONDITION:

No degradation of the rubber
