BURR BROWN ADC71JG Ceramic 16 Bit Analog to Digital IC

Removed from professional laboratory equipment, fully functional.

Equipment was only cannabilised because its function was extremely limited and considered only of interest to specialised interests in the electronics community (equipment was for cryogenics liquid Nitrogen flow control)

However some of the parts inside are extremely interesting...

Mil spec ceramic case/gold plated pin outs

Device has been carefully removed under ESD precautions and stored in ESD packaging - of course all pins are straight!

I can supply a full datasheet but in brief:

Maximum non-linearity 0.003%

Maximum conversion speed 50uS

Input range selectable: dual and single rail, up to 20V

Data output can be parallel or serial

Supply rails 5V and +/- 15V

These are no longer in production so the intended purpose of offering these is for experimentation or service maintenance - it wouldn't make a lot of sense creating new product around this chip.
