Typically these diecast brackets are fitted between the module front panel and the Eurocard, securing the card to the front panel. Most often two are fitted (top and bottom but sometimes a centre bracket may be fitted if desired.
VERO is a name that is very well known in the enclosure hardware world but also known to be very expensive (quality is never cheap!)

VERY similar to the Vero part #10027 that I have advertised HERE but while these have two holes, only 3 axis are available for the screws as one hole has a nut outline in the die casting. I cannot find out much current information about these but I suspect they an earlier release of bracket which was upgraded to 4 axis with the 10227
