These eurocard style frames are especially suitable for the housing of custom designed industrial electronic systems.
Unknown original manufacturer but the equipment that it used to housed was of German origin.

As supplied, 4RU but easily changed to 2RU 2x (of course you would need additional components to complete 2x 2RU cases.
The whole frame is of course collapsible down to a flat pack and you can even create two units from this frame because the side panels are two separate pieces.
