New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source, I can see one short scratch midway on Side A and no marks or scratches on Side B. Looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition and the only real way to judge the condition is to play the entire record. I have played both sides ENTIRELY and there are NO issues with playback at all, surface noise is low and even over the scratch on Side A I just heard 3x low level clicks which are barely noticeable.
