MIQUEL BROWN - Symphony Of Love
Polydor Records
Cat# 2141 070
1979
Australian release
Generic Black cover is in good condition, no seam splits, no tears, no personal writing and with only light edge wear from handling.
New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source, I can see a couple of very light scratches or marks on each side. While the surface may "look" good, just looking at the vinyl isn't a good way to judge the condition, so let's have a listen ... I played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no significant issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops ... BUT
Side A plays 'flat', no problems however I noticed that Side B has a low grade warp or ripple which causes the tonearm to rise and fall rapidly. Doesn't affect the audio though. Another interesting thing is the cut on Side B ... at the end of the song on this side (only) the runout lasts 01:03 minutes! This is a very long duration runout.
New outer protective sleeve
