Remember when?
This music and the 70's punk music scene in general is very dear to my heart, I lived in the middle of it. I used to have all the original single vinyl UK pressings and they have gone to a new home. I still have the R2R versions (made in our studios) but they are staying put - for now. It's now time for some of the CD's to go
This is a comprehensive compilation of various punkers of the 70's, pure energy ("so so" musically some of it) but it wasn't so much about being musical but more about protesting the world as it was then and dressing the part too! The bands screamed rebellion, rising against the establishment and not accepting those in authority laying down the law ...
'If you don't like what I think and represent, then Fuck You!"
Sad, but these days (in my personal opinion) the music industry has turned to jelly, where is the music movement protesting the inequalities in today's world - quiet as a mouse, silenced by the labels and stiffled by government laws and yet there is plenty to scream about in the world at the moment.
Opens with the fantastic Dead Kennedys (contrasting the Western youth lifestyle with those living (and many dying) under the Khmer Rogue regime in Cambodia - such a powerful song!)

UK release
Packaged as 3x standard CD jewel cases, each with a simple front cover and rear inlay. All are in very good condition. Originally this was a box set within a card slipcase, I do NOT have this slipcase and it is not supplied.
All three CD media are in very good condition, each has been visually examined under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on any of the media at all. I then played the ENTIRE release, every CD and every single track, and there are no issues with playback at all.
