HISTORY:
My "world" is 'the arts' and more specifically, music, artwork and hand crafted/decorated chinaware's.
I am not a film enthusiast but an associate has asked me to find new owners for THEIR large collection of photographic and film items ... this is one of those items.
While the world of 8mm/Super 8mm is not my area of expertise, I am doing my best to establish the condition of each item that I am listing.

Wildlife film with narration, seems to be set around the coast of Mexico and shows the abundant sealife and scenery - for example, divers playing with the Stingray's!
COSMETIC CONDITION:
USED
CLEAN
Very good
Film stock and reel are undamaged, leader is fitted
Outer all plastic case is in good condition, no cracks or pieces broken but there are some handling scuff marks to the front in particular
NO names or other writing on the case
TESTING:
Test projector is the ELMO 1200 that I have on hand at the moment.
Film looks to be clean and in good condition, sprocket holes are not damaged.
I only ran the film for the first five minutes to observe the colour and sound.
The colour has definitely shifted towards the Red end of town although I can still see Blues in the ocean sometimes. Overall though, this is something like a film based in the Red Sea (althought its not Red anyway) - interesting narration but without the glorious full colour, the film suffers. Funny thing is that the Blues vary through the film, sometimes they are there and other times not - perhaps the dye has decayed unevenly over the length of the film?
Sound is good, very American English narration - good level and not muffled
In my opinion, after this very brief test, I am happy that the film is as stated on the case and looks to be in reasonable "technical" condition.
Anyway, I am very fastidious and careful with these films and I have now packed it back into the original case AND sealed the film within clear plastic - now it's waiting for a Super 8 film enthusiasts home to live in!
