New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on either side. Looking at the vinyl is fine, but the only real way to judge the condition is to play the entire record. I have played both sides ENTIRELY and there are no issues with playback at all.
