Peter Pan Records grew from a plastics company which started operations in 1928, initially producing "all things plastic" until the 1950's when it was realised they could also press records - the Peter Pan Records saga began.
Similar to the Disney products but these were a "cut down" version, the front and back of the cover forming the sleeve and with no "read along" book provided.

RECORD:
This 7" EP record, is intended to be played at 45rpm
The male narrator's and the female singers names are unknown, not credited except there is a reference to the "Peter Pan Players". Most of the narration is the male voice (deep and resonant) while the singers are VERY 1950's sounding!
Record sleeve (front and back cover) is in good condition, no tears, no personal writing and no seam splits. Front colour graphics are good, same goes for the rear except for a scuff mark in the central area of the rear.
Special note: this record intentionally has a large centre hole, you will need to use your "jukebox adapter" to play this record successfully!
Inspected the vinyl visually and this is a VERY clean copy (somewhat surprising after 50+ years so I guess it was not played very often) with barely any marks or scratches on either side.
Surface noise level is very low and only the very occasional click or pop - nice cheerful, upbeat story telling.
Side A plays for 03:20 (ends when Cinderella is about to head off to the ball)
Side B plays for 03:10 (ends of course with "and they both lived happily ever after")
This is a nice piece of children's audio entertainment history from Peter Pan Records, snippets of a bygone era.
I have placed the record within a new plastic inner sleeve to help protect it from paper dust
