Main frame cage ONLY, originally put together by Logitek USA for their AE32 Audio Engine system which is used in the radio and television broadcast industry.
There are NO modules fitted - lease see my other AE32 advertisements for the modules
In this advertisement I am offering the bare-bones mainframe, intact with the original motherboard and the supervisory display.
I would envisage this unit being useful to someone who wanted to build up an AE32 audio engine or just use the casing.
The unit is principally aluminium, sheet steel sides/ears
Standard 19" rack mount width externally 483mm edge to edge
Completely removable metal front panel/door, not hinged - 4 knurled lock down screws.
To utilise this casing for other equipment will require some metalwork being undertaken...many of the internal sub structures are rivetted in place, not screwed.
External dimensions, as measured edge to edge
483mm wide (standard rack width)
310mm height top to bottom on the ears
385mm deep as measuring externally on the sides
NOTE: the depth actually extends a further 25mm at the rear because of the Papst fan fitted to the rear, of course this fan assembly is easily removeable
Internal dimensions: 275mm H x 435mm W x 375mm Deep
IEC (dual) sockets on the rear panel go to the motherboard, the fan is a high quality Papst.
