Pelican Records were based in L.A USA and specialised in classical plus original radio recordings.

According to the brief information on the rear of the cover, these recordings from the 1920's have been transferred from 78's to tape and following this, vinyl. Some processing has been undertaken although the details are scanty, suffice to say that the information warns that some original surface noise from the original 78's is to be expected.

Heavy cardboard cover is in very good condition, no personal writing, no seam splits.

New inner plastic liner sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can only see a couple of very light scratches on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not good enough so I then played the album ENTIRELY, both sides, and this plays very well - a great listen into popular music of the 1920's, approximately 100 years ago
