J card case and the front cover are in very good condition, this is an "industry only copy" as indicated by the sticker on the rear of the case.
CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches within the data area at all, a couple of light scratches outside the data area. I then played the ENTIRE release, both tracks, and there are no problems at all with playback.
