Historically, if not so much musically, significant release from the Australian label Bunyip.
Tammy's first venture into commercial recordings, she is a young (at the time!) very talented lady from Sydney and currently operates a song and dance academy in Sydney - her bio is on the rear cover, well worth a read.
This song was composed by Ken Taylor, well known for his work in the radio and recording industries and also a rose grower!
Historically significant because this song is about the rose called "Peace", well known amongst rose lovers. The complete history of this rose is also on the rear cover but in brief, this rose was smuggled out of France during WWII and made it's way to USA. There it was mass produced and named "Peace". At the conclusion of "the war" 49 delegates to the then fledgling United Nations received one of these roses as a symbol of hope and peace on earth ... shame it hasn't really worked out that well over the years (Hope & Peace and the UN)!

Australian release
Gatefold card cover is in very good condition. No seam splits, no personal writing, no significant graphic damage except the front lower right edge where it is worn just slightly and very light edgewear from normal handling.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO scratches or marks on either side, very clean. Looking at the vinyl is fine, but the only real way to judge the condition is to play the entire record. I have played both sides ENTIRELY and there are absolutely no significant issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops at all.
New outer protective sleeve
TRACKS: Peace Is A Rose (English version), Peace Is A Rose (French version)
I could not find a suitable recording on Youtube but if you search on that site you can see some promotional video's for Tammy's Academy.
