This loudspeaker output switching PCB and Headphone output PCB (with all interconnects in place) is a "pull" from yet another amplifier in my audio equipment "maybe I will fix that one day" collection. I actually had a few of these V2's, some being used to service others and now I had just one left, destined to become an "organ donor"
These boards sit behind the front panel on the Left hand side. Notice that the loudspeaker switches do NOT have knobs fitted ... those switches are activated by a button that is built into the front panel, it comprises a plunger and compression spring. I am not offering those parts with these modules (but they are available with the front panel that I currently have)
You might be wondering "why did he turn his V2 amp into an organ donor?"
It's sad but after years of great service, the special original Technics ST8040 power blocks gave up the ghost (yes they were pushed HARD). You may see ST8040 blocks online, BEWARE! they are not as they seem - I have had nothing but trouble with blocks unless they are marked TECHNICS NEW CLASS A ST8040, also look for the batch code on the rear. Unfortunately these genuine ST8040's are hard to 'come by'. Added to that, there was also an intermittent issue with the preamp board slide switches so I decided that it was time to put the amp out for pasture and by extracting some useful components, giving "life" to another SU-V2 amp in need of tender loving care.
I am very big on sustainability, re-using or re-purposing equipment (no matter how old it is) because a LOT of EE (Embedded Energy) was used to create these items from our past and to throw something like this away, poison our landfill etc is just so irresponsible.
So I have tested and saved the known working and useful parts - here is one of those parts ...

Exactly as in the pictures
The main reason I am offering these passive modules is that those loudspeaker output switches are known to fail, sometimes. It is not a contact issue but the physical locking of the switch that fails. Nothing worse than selecting the MAIN speakers and the switch will not lock = no sound (unless you listen to your music with a finger on the button all the time!)
The two switches operate independantly of each other (no interlocking) and operate in the fashion "Push ON Push RELEASE" These are the switches labelled MAIN and REMOTE on the front panel.
The standard 1/4" stereo headphone socket with power limiting (series resistors fitted) is also supplied.
The heavy duty wires going to the main circuit board have been cut right at the board, the lengths are substantially the same as original. No wire wrap used for these, they solder "through hole" near the safety cut-out relay.

NO damage to either PCB nor the interconnect wiring
BOTH switches operate AND LOCK correctly, every time!
Since removal from the panel, these modules with wiring have now been placed within a sealed clear plastic packet awaiting another amplifier to control.
